Refund Policy

Nuinalp offers a clear, transparent, and fair refund policy, allowing users to try its products and services with security and peace of mind, in compliance with applicable laws.

1. Refund Period

Nuinalp’s refund policy operates as follows:

1.1 Monthly Plans (1 month)

For monthly plans, the user is entitled to a refund:

  • Within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), when the purchase is made outside a physical establishment;
  • Within 14 (fourteen) days, when required by applicable European Union legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU – GDPR).

After these periods, there is no legal obligation to issue a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

1.2 Plans of 6 Months or Longer

For plans with a duration longer than 30 days (such as semi-annual or annual plans), Nuinalp offers, as an additional and voluntary commercial policy, an extended refund guarantee of up to 45 (forty-five) days, counted from the date of the initial purchase.

This extended guarantee:

  • Applies exclusively to the first purchase of the service;
  • Does not renew for automatic renewals or subsequent re-subscriptions;
  • Does not affect any mandatory legal rights provided by applicable law.

2. Refund Period Limitations

The refund period:

  • Applies only to the first purchase of the service;
  • Does not apply to automatic renewals, except where legally required;
  • May be denied if requested outside the legal or commercial timeframes defined in this policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request an eligible refund, the user may:

  • Access their Nuinalp Account and navigate to Payments and Subscriptions, when available;
  • Cancel the service within the applicable refund period;
  • Or contact Nuinalp’s support team via email at support@nuinalp.com.

Nuinalp may optionally request the reason for the refund request exclusively for statistical purposes and service improvement. This information does not condition or affect refund eligibility.

4. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed, whenever possible, using the same payment method used for the original purchase;
  • The time for the refunded amount to appear depends on the card issuer, banking institution, or payment provider;
  • For purchases made with promotional discounts, the refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid, not the original price of the product or service.

5. Prevention of Abuse

Nuinalp’s refund policy exists to allow new users to evaluate its services in good faith.

Nuinalp reserves the right to refuse refund requests outside the legal or commercial period in cases of evident abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple recurring refund requests by the same user;
  • Repeated re-subscriptions with the intent of using the service for free;
  • Violations of Nuinalp’s Terms of Service.

This measure does not affect mandatory legal rights guaranteed by applicable law.

6. Purchases Made Through Third Parties

If a Nuinalp service is purchased through third-party platforms, such as:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store
  • Amazon Appstore
  • Marketplaces, resellers, or gift cards

Refunds are subject exclusively to the policies of the platform responsible for processing the payment. In such cases, Nuinalp is unable to process refunds directly.

The user must contact the respective platform’s support team to request a refund.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Except where legally required otherwise, the following are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully consumed or irreversibly performed;
  • Services suspended, canceled, or terminated due to violations of the Terms of Service;
  • Administrative fees, external charges, taxes, or third-party fees.

8. Final Provisions

This Refund Policy must be read in conjunction with Nuinalp’s Terms of Service and applies to all products and services offered, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Nuinalp reserves the right to update this policy at any time, in compliance with applicable law and respecting users’ acquired rights.
